Slow Flow Yoga

This slow-moving Vinyasa class leads students through a methodical flow of sequences, creating mindful awareness of the body through alignment and breath. This meditative practice includes concentrated and lengthy holds to ignite the body’s internal heat, allowing deep release. The awareness of balancing strength, flexibility and effort with surrender is the goal of this rewarding practice. Students of all levels are welcome.
