Beginner Yoga

Beginning level classes are just that, the place to begin. Learn the basics of breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and postures that stretch and strengthen the body. Also, learn how to take yoga off the mat and into your everyday life. Students will learn to synchronize their breath through a series of yoga postures.
